Booth Information
Your booth does NOT come with tables, chair or electrical. These will need to be ordered ahead of time. Each booth has a 3 foot side and an 8 foot backdrop. Your booth also comes with an ID sign using the information you submitted on the contract. The drapes are black. The booth space in the upper level is not carpeted. If you need to rent furniture or other items for your booth please review the FORMS section to the right.

Electricity is ordered through the Sharonville Convention Center. (Form to be posted at a later date)
Decorator information
The Decorator for this Festival is A-Classic Expo Design. Contact Sandy Campbell at 317-557-3811
Sales tax information:
Sales tax is 6 ½ %. Forms can be found on our website HERE.
Set Up - 1 pm - June 27. -- You may begin to setup at 1 PM on June 22. We’d like everyone setup by 8 PM.
Tear down – 4 pm – June 30 -- Will begin at 4 PM through 9 PM on June 25.
Exhibit Hours: Thursday & Friday, 10 am – 5pm
Saturday, 10 am – 4 pm
Freight
The center can not accept freight. All freight must be sent to the decorator. The Decorator for the show is A-Classic Expo Design. contact is Sandy Campbell, phone number 317-557-3811.
Another option that may save you money is to ship your product to the hotel where you are staying. If you have any problems with these options, please contact our office in Des Moines, 800-473-9464.

You will need to bring the following supplies if you are taking any hands-on
classes: sharp sewing
shears, rotary cutter,
cutting mat, straight pins,
marking tool, ruler, tape
measure, #2 pencils and
notepad.
Sewing machines are
provided in the classroom.

Trade Show Sales Job Description:
As a Trade Show Salesperson you will be responsible for the financial success of our public events. You will be responsible for selling the events by contacting former vendors and cold calling potential new vendors, acquire sponsorship and help build attendance. Your responsibility will be to foster and maintain relationships with key industry accounts to increase vendor sales and attendance by communicating the value of the event. DETAILS
